Greetings! I have some very personal news to share with you.

I'm in my 50th year as an attorney! I've had a wonderful time over those years working with great people, like you. Over the last few months I've realized that I'm ready to move toward retirement and am now doing so. I am filled with wonderfully mixed emotions as I make this decision, both extreme gratefulness for having had the opportunity to provide legal services to friends and clients like you AND a comfortable confidence that now is the right time to move toward retirement. Effective June 15, 2026, I will be retiring and closing my office. To help you smoothly transition to people that I have great confidence in, allow me to refer you to the following people for your future Legal and Closing needs:

For General Legal Work, including real estate matters, litigation, loan foreclosures, contract forfeitures real estate issues and litigation, estate documents, probates and transfer deeds, I highly and confidently recommend that you contact my friend and fellow attorney, Kyle Nolte, with the firm of Bristol George Law Office, whose contact information is listed below. I will become “Of Counsel” with this firm to assist with a smooth transition.

For Real Estate Closings, involving both residential and commercial property, I am extremely pleased and grateful to announce that effective June 15, 2026, my entire staff will be joining the Closing Department of Vista Title & Escrow Co.
